PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

The program is intended for those who work as signalers and load binders or will work on such jobs and want to formalize the skills and knowledge they possess. Due to the increase in construction activities, the opening up of new construction sites and shipyards, warehouses, large shopping and distribution centers and the renovation of older buildings during work with cranes, i.e. the transfer, loading and unloading of goods and materials, demand for signalers and load binders is growing. The basic task of the program is to train the workers sign communication with the crane operator, to bind and fasten the cargo, as well as to work safely in accordance with the applicable occupational safety regulations.

The program has been approved by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia, which has been prepared according to the recommendations of the European Union’s Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
