PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

The program is intended for attendants who want to be trained  to work as marine and yacht cleaners as well as for those who want to formalize the skills and knowledge they already possess because they do such jobs. Due to the opening of new berths in the marinas and the growing number of yachts anchored in the coastal area of the Republic of Croatia, and due to the complexity of the work on maintaining an expensive inventory in marinas and on yachts, there is an increasing need for professionally trained marina and yacht cleaners. The program is designed to increase the employability or competitiveness of the individual in the labor market and because of the need for professionally trained cleaners, especially as seasonal workers.

The program has been approved by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia, which has been prepared according to the recommendations of the European Union’s Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency(EACEA).

Upon completion of the program, the trainee is issued a certificate of training, a public document prescribed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, with registration in the e-work booklet.
