This year, we proudly celebrate 31 years of Split Ship Management – over three decades of dedicated work, professionalism, and a deep love for the sea.
As part of the celebration, just like every year, we had the honour of recognizing the best among us – the Employee of the Year for 2024. – Ms. Snjezana Kezic and the Manager of the Year for 2024. – Mr. Hrvoje Brkić.

The Blue Feather – an award that for the 20th year in a row honours those who promote the values of the sea, seafaring, and the preservation of Adriatic traditions – has found its latest laureate.
The first recipient of the award was Mr. Mladen Mateljan in 2004.
Today, with the same pride and gratitude, we presented the award to Ms. Nada Šurjak – a person whose work is deeply rooted in the promotion of maritime culture and heritage.
The Blue Feather is awarded to the best – to those who, with respect and love, inspire actions that benefit the sea, especially the Croatian Adriatic.
It symbolizes our gratitude and respect for all who preserve and promote the values of the sea – our greatest treasure.
