The education programme leading to a micro-credential in preparing dishes for special diets is delivered through regular classes over 175 hours, with the option of delivering the theoretical component online in real time.
The practical part of the programme takes place under the guidance of a mentor at a company with which the College has a business cooperation agreement.
Upon successfully passing the final assessment, each participant receives a Certificate of Training, which is recorded in their electronic employment record.
completion of a three-year secondary school programme specialising as a cook, a valid sanitary health card, at least 18 years of age, an occupational health medical certificate confirming fitness for preparing dishes for special diets
The programme is free with a Croatian Employment Service (HZZ) voucher (for all employed and unemployed people).
